Refund and Returns Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our Huichol products. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted for physical and digital items purchased from us.
Returns
Eligibility: We accept returns for physical Huichol art pieces within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, and with all original packaging.
Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at [insert contact information] to obtain a return authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we do not provide return shipping labels.
Restocking Fee: A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all returned items.
Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to assess any damage. The refund amount will be determined based on the condition of the art piece. If damage is found, a partial refund may be issued, or the return may be rejected at our discretion.
Refunds
Physical Items: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and approving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less the $10 restocking fee.
Damaged Items: If an item is delivered damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We may offer a full or partial refund or a replacement, depending on the extent of the damage.
Non-Refundable Items: Digital products, including digital art and eBooks, are non-refundable due to their nature. Please ensure you review product details before purchasing.
